Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ResaleRadar AI, operated by Housecraft LLC.

Subscriptions

ResaleRadar AI's paid plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance at $10.00 USD per month (plus any applicable taxes). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. To cancel, use the billing-management link included in your alert emails, or email us at support@resaleradarai.com and we will cancel for you. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops all future charges.

If you believe you were charged in error, or you experienced a billing problem, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@resaleradarai.com and we will review your situation in good faith.

Free Plan

If you use a free plan, no charges apply and there is nothing to refund.
